Skilled Nursing

Our Skilled Nurses will make assessments, perform skilled procedures with doctor’s orders, educate on the disease process, implement the plan of care and coordinate with your doctors.

Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists will focus on your strength and endurance with the goal to assist you to retain or regain your ability to perform your activities of daily living on your own.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists will focus on the upper extremities with the goal of developing upper body strength so that our patients will continue to independently perform their day to day tasks requiring the use of both hands.

Speech Therapy

Our Speech Therapists will work with our patients in regaining their speech abilities and language skills. We will also coordinate with your doctors in order to implement the best therapy necessary for your recovery.

Medical Social Workers

Our Medical Social Workers will be the bridge to connect our patients to community services and resources that might help assist in their long term recovery.

Home Health Aides

Our Home Health Aides will be the helping hands to assist our patients so that they are able to continue to perform most of their personal daily routine and activities during recovery.
